Make time for your Self. Time to slow down, to observe, and embrace You. An Aerial Art Zen Party is a wonderful way bring you and 5 of your closest friends together. We will beginning with a beautiful cup of blueberry rooibos tea. You will experience the gentle opening and release of yoga, followed by the freedom and strength of aerial dance on the pole. With plenty of space and time to freely explore your own movement. We'll close with restorative yoga postures and of course, a well deserved savasana.

It’s an opportunity for personal transformation, a time that you dedicate to your Self. Intentionally cultivating peace, strength, and self expression in your life. Learning how to foster practices of Self care, contentment, acceptance, and joy.
